Grooved products

Groove-type wrapped PU foam sealing strips are made of an outer polyethylene film, an inner PU polyurethane foam material, and a PP extruded frame at the installation site. They are widely used in aluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, etc.

Fire prevention products

Fire-retardant expansion seals are based on ordinary wrapped PU foam seals. Graphite expansion materials and flame-resistant materials are added internally, truly combining sealing effect and fire prevention performance in one. The product has passed various authoritative testing items of the national voluntary fire prevention certification. The product expands when exposed to fire, with stable performance, safety, and non-toxicity.

Slot-type products

The groove-type PU foam sealing strip is composed of an outer polyethylene film, an inner PU polyurethane foam material, and a PP+TPE composite extruded frame at the installation site. It is bonded with PU high-resilience foam and PE film, easy to install, and mostly used for wooden doors and windows.

Door bottom products

The concealed automatic door bottom seal is mainly composed of 6063 aluminum alloy inner and outer profiles, gray silicone rubber seals, and injection-molded impact points. When the door is opened a few millimeters, the silicone rubber seal will automatically rise off the ground without hindering the normal opening and closing of the door. When the door is closed, the door frame on the hinge side will press the impact point of the product, causing the silicone rubber strip to drop to seal the gap at the bottom of the door. It can prevent rainwater and insects, and has a good noise reduction function of 48db; internal tests show that the product can automatically raise and lower for 200,000 cycles.
